Job Overview
Flicka Cosmetics is looking for a dynamic E-commerce Marketplace Manager to manage and grow our online sales across major marketplaces including Amazon, Flipkart, and Nykaa.
The candidate will be responsible for managing marketplace operations, optimizing product listings, executing promotional campaigns, and driving online revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of marketplace accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, and Nykaa
- Create and optimize product listings (title, description, keywords, images)
- Monitor inventory and coordinate with warehouse for stock availability
- Plan and execute marketplace campaigns, deals, and discount offers
- Track sales performance, traffic, and conversion rates
- Manage product ratings, reviews, and customer feedback
- Coordinate with the marketing team for marketplace ads and promotions
- Generate weekly and monthly sales reports for management
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and Nykaa Seller Portal
- Strong understanding of catalog management and marketplace operations
- Knowledge of Amazon ads and marketplace promotions
- Good analytical and reporting skills
- Ability to manage multiple products and campaigns simultaneously
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in E-commerce or Marketplace Management
- Experience in beauty, cosmetics, or retail industry preferred
Gross CTC:- upto 7LPA
Job Location:- Goregaon, Mumbai.
Working Days:- 6 days working (2nd & 4th Saturday off)
