Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid Ecommerce Specialist role based in Gurugram, with flexibility for partial work from home. The Ecommerce Specialist will manage and optimize product listings across online platforms, ensuring accurate content, pricing, and inventory updates. The role includes monitoring website performance, analyzing traffic and sales data, and implementing improvements to increase conversion and average order value. The specialist will coordinate online campaigns, promotions, and merchandising in collaboration with marketing and sales teams. Daily responsibilities also include handling customer queries related to online orders, ensuring timely resolution, and maintaining a high standard of customer experience.
Qualifications
- E-Commerce experience, including managing product catalogs, listings, and online merchandising.
- Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret sales, traffic, and performance data to drive decisions.
- Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills for engaging with online shoppers and internal stakeholders.
- Sales acumen with the ability to support online revenue growth, cross-selling, and upselling strategies.
- Familiarity with ecommerce platforms (such as Shopify, Magento, or similar) and basic understanding of digital marketing concepts.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with spreadsheets, reports, and inventory data. Strong excel knowledge.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in fashion, lifestyle, or accessories retail is an advantage.
