Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role located in the Greater Delhi Area, with flexible work-from-home options. As an Ecommerce Specialist, you will manage and optimize online sales channels, analyze data to improve performance, develop marketing strategies, and support customer service for online platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless product listings, inventory updates, and implementing strategies to grow revenue and enhance customer engagement.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in E-Commerce platform management and strong knowledge of online sales strategies
- Exceptional Analytical Skills for data interpretation and driving data-driven decisions
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to address customer inquiries and foster relationships
- Experience in Sales with a focus on achieving and exceeding revenue targets
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with CRM tools and digital marketing practices is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
