Key Responsibilities
Content & Visibility:
Oversee high-conversion e-content, creatives, PDPs, and on-platform brand communication to ensure best-in-class visibility and engagement.
Shopper Insights:
Build a strong understanding of the e-shopper journey—purchase behavior, conversion triggers, and retention patterns.
Performance Marketing:
Partner with agencies to develop and execute search, display, and performance marketing plans focused on ROAS improvement and efficiency.
Pricing & Promotions:
Define and execute annual and monthly SKU-level pricing and promotion strategies within brand guardrails.
Inventory & Payments:
Maintain control over stock, supply chain flow, and payment collections.
Financial Accountability:
Manage the complete e-commerce P&L, including commissions and marketing spends.
Analytics & Reporting:
Generate insights, reports, and presentations to inform strategic decisions and monthly business reviews.
Qualifications & Experience
1–2 years of experience managing an online business
Strong analytical skills, basic understanding of Excel
Solid understanding of performance marketing and marketplace operations.
