Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Ecommerce Specialist based in New Delhi. The Ecommerce Specialist will be responsible for managing the company's online sales platforms, maintaining product listings, optimizing SEO, analyzing sales trends, and implementing marketing strategies. Additional responsibilities will include providing customer service, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and generating reports to evaluate performance and drive growth.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in E-Commerce platform management and Sales strategies
- Proficiency in Communication and delivering exceptional Customer Service
- Analytical Skills to assess trends, performance metrics, and data gathering for informed decision-making
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently in an on-site environment
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and online advertising is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant field preferred
- Previous experience in an e-commerce or retail industry is advantageous
