Role Description
We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Product Manager for an on-site, full-time position based in Jaipur. The role involves overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle of e-commerce products, driving product strategies, and ensuring alignment with the company’s business objectives. Responsibilities include analyzing market trends, leading product development, managing cross-functional teams, optimizing the online sales process, and developing engaging and effective e-commerce strategies to enhance customer experience and increase revenue.
Job Description
- Marketplace Operations (Amazon & Flipkart) with Strong Product Management and E-Commerce expertise, with a proven ability to oversee product lifecycles and drive growth.
- Proficiency in Project Management and Analytical Skills to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and ensure successful product delivery.
- Excellent Communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with digital tools, market analysis, and an understanding of e-commerce trends.
- Manage end-to-end operations on Seller Central & Seller Hub
- Monitor returns, claims, and dispute management
- Handle POA submissions and account suspensions
- Manage FBA removals, warehouse reconciliation, and LSP issues
Experience Required
- 3–5+ years managing Amazon & Flipkart marketplace operations (mandatory)
- Experience in claims, returns, POA, and reconciliation
- Quick Commerce exposure preferred
Technical Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Seller Central & Seller Hub
- Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, MIS reporting)
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
