Role Description
Arquin is hiring a full-time E-commerce Specialist for an on-site role based in Jaipur. The Ecommerce Specialist will manage and optimize the company's online sales channels, analyze performance metrics, oversee product listings, and implement marketing strategies to drive revenue growth. Responsibilities include ensuring a seamless customer experience, coordinating with the sales and customer service teams, monitoring platform performance, and identifying improvement opportunities to enhance the e-commerce platform's efficiency and reach.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in E-commerce operations and Sales strategies
- Proficiency in analytical skills to evaluate sales trends and platform performance
- Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills for enhancing the user experience
- Understanding of SEO, online marketing, and digital sales channels is an advantage
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Familiarity with e-commerce tools and platforms is a plus
