Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Ecommerce Specialist Intern focusing on platforms such as Amazon and Flipkart. The intern will be responsible for supporting the management of online product listings, analyzing sales performance, optimizing listings to enhance visibility, and contributing to sales strategies. Additional responsibilities include assisting customer service efforts, monitoring industry trends, and collaborating with the team to improve overall e-commerce performance.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret sales data and identify trends
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with the team and address client or customer needs
- Knowledge of E-Commerce platforms like Amazon and Flipkart, including product listing and optimization
- Understanding of Sales strategies and techniques to support revenue generation
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently in a remote environment
- Proficiency in tools or software related to e-commerce and marketing analytics is an added advantage
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and online advertising is beneficial
