Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Solution Architect with strong expertise in Shopify, SAP Hybris, and modern full stack web technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing scalable ecommerce solutions, leading technical architecture decisions, and guiding development teams across frontend and backend systems using React.js and Node.js.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect scalable ecommerce platforms and web applications.
• Lead end-to-end solution architecture for Shopify and SAP Hybris implementations.
• Define system architecture, integration strategies, and technical roadmaps.
• Architect frontend applications using React.js and backend services using Node.js.
• Design secure, high-performance, and scalable APIs and microservices.
• Lead integration with payment gateways, ERP, CRM, OMS, and third-party systems.
• Review code, enforce best practices, and mentor development teams.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams.
• Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and maintainability.
• Support DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, cloud deployment, and infrastructure planning.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in ecommerce architecture and enterprise web applications.
• Hands-on expertise with Shopify and/or SAP Hybris.
• Deep knowledge of React.js, Node.js, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience designing REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
• Strong understanding of database architecture (MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.).
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes is preferred.
• Strong understanding of system integrations and enterprise architecture patterns.
• Excellent problem-solving and technical leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in full stack development and solution architecture.
• Prior experience leading ecommerce transformation projects.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery models.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Next.js, TypeScript, GraphQL.
• Knowledge of headless commerce architecture.
• Experience with SEO optimization and ecommerce analytics.
• SAP Commerce Cloud certification or Shopify certifications are a plus.
