Job description
Job Title: E-commerce Shopify Operations Executive.
Location: Andheri, Sakinaka- Mumbai (Work from Office)

Pure Nutrition, a leading brand in health and wellness, is looking for an experienced Ecommerce & Marketing Executives to oversee and execute innovative marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will lead efforts to increase brand visibility, drive product adoption, and contribute to revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Shopify Store Management -Manage day-to-day Shopify backend: product uploads, inventory sync, pricing, discount codes, collections, and meta fields
2. Coordinate with design/dev for theme updates, landing pages, and CRO changes. Basic HTML/CSS knowledge preferred
3. Ensure 99.9% store uptime, fast page load, and mobile optimization
4. Implement and test Shopify apps for upsells, subscriptions, reviews, loyalty, and analytics
2. Order & Fulfillment Operations.
1. Monitor daily orders, RTO, NDR, and fulfillment TAT via Shopify + 3PL dashboards like Shiprocket, Delhivery, Pickrr
2. Coordinate with warehouse/3PL for dispatch SLA, inventory reconciliation, and stock-outs
3. Handle COD verification, order cancellations, and address updates to reduce RTO%
4. Manage reverse logistics, returns, refunds, and replacement per SOP. Target RTO < 15%
3. Marketplace & Omnichannel Ops
1. Support Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, 1mg listings sync with Shopify via Unicommerce/EasyEcom/Vinculum
2. Ensure price + inventory parity across channels and resolve sync issues
4. Customer Experience & Data.
1. Work with CX team to resolve order-related queries within 24 hrs TAT
Pull weekly reports: sales, AOV, RTO%, top SKUs, traffic vs conversion, discount usage
2. Assist in implementing post-purchase flows on WhatsApp/SMS/Email via Gupshup, Klaviyo, WebEngage
3. Support monthly reconciliation of payments, COD remittances, and gateway settlements

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications
1. Experience: 2-4 years in Shopify D2C operations for consumer brand. Nutraceuticals/Beauty/FMCG preferred
2. Tech Skills: Strong hands-on with Shopify Admin, Shopify Apps, Excel/Google Sheets, basic HTML/CSS
