Role Overview
We are looking for a result-driven Senior Manager – Ecommerce Sales to lead and scale our marketplace business across categories. This role will own end-to-end ecommerce performance, including sales growth, P&L management, inventory planning, marketplace visibility, and new product development for ecommerce channels.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing seller dashboards (Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, Zepto, Shopify, etc.), a strong understanding of performance marketing and organic growth levers, and a proven ability to drive profitable revenue at scale.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in ecommerce/marketplace management.
Strong understanding of marketplace ads, SEO, and conversion optimization.
Hands-on experience managing P&L and driving profitability.
Experience in product selection, assortment planning, or new product launches for ecommerce is a strong plus.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.
Data-driven decision-making approach
Deep understanding of ecommerce growth levers (paid + organic)
Ability to balance growth with profitability
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify winning products and trends
