We are looking for a result-oriented Ecommerce Sales Executive to scale our presence across India’s leading marketplaces.
The Role
As an Ecommerce Sales Executive, you will be the driving force behind our revenue growth on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and Myntra. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of the marketplace business, from strategic portfolio planning and ad-spend optimization to seamless operational execution.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Revenue Generation
- Sales Growth: Own the monthly sales targets for existing and new platforms.
- Channel Strategy: Develop e-comm specific strategies for portfolio planning, pricing, and product-gap analysis.
- Business Planning: Lead sales forecasting and budgeting in collaboration with the Finance team to ensure value chain efficiency.
- Competition Analysis: Stay ahead of market trends and competitor movements to position Xtep as a leader in the athleisure segment.
Marketplace Management & Operations
- Account Management: Manage all aspects of the e-commerce business including content strategy, web analytics, and customer service.
- Listing & Cataloging: Oversee brand/product registration on new portals and ensure 100% compliance with platform requirements.
- Troubleshooting: Act as the primary point of contact for platform-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal downtime.
Marketing & ROI
- Ad Spends: Plan and execute marketplace ad budgets (AMS, Flipkart Ads, etc.) with a strict focus on ROI and ROAS.
- Promotions: Design and implement promotional campaigns and online marketing initiatives to drive traffic and conversion.
Analytics & Reporting
- KPI Tracking: Develop and monitor specific plans, KPIs, and goals for each eCommerce partner.
- Reporting: Deliver regular insights through BI tools and internal reporting to track performance against the P&L.

The Successful Candidate
- Experience: 2–5 years of proven experience managing Ecommerce operations for a branded product category (Athletic footwear/Apparel experience is a plus).
- Platform Expertise: Deep hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and Myntra partner portals.
- Communication: Highly proficient in MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint) and capable of structuring clear communications for deal negotiations and senior management approvals.
- Mindset: A self-motivated team player who thrives in a fast-paced culture and demonstrates high ownership.
- Skills: Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and a "get-it-done" attitude toward troubleshooting and problem-solving.
