We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to drive agile processes, enhance delivery efficiency, and coordinate cross-functional collaboration across our platform.
What You’ll Do
- Lead Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with the Product team to ensure a well-groomed, prioritized backlog.
- Track and manage sprint progress using tools like Jira or Trello.
- Identify and remove blockers to ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor team velocity and implement improvements for delivery excellence.
- Maintain project documentation and communicate status, risks, and updates to stakeholders.
- Manage timelines, scope, and deliverables across multiple concurrent projects.
- Promote a collaborative, accountable, and improvement-driven team culture.
What We’re Looking For
- 2-3 years of experience as a Project Manager, Scrum Master, or similar role in an eCommerce environment.
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Asana, etc.).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have
- Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM).
- Prior experience in eCommerce or digital product companies.
- Understanding of technical concepts (APIs, deployments, UAT workflows).
