Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Ecommerce Operations Manager. In this position, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of Spicy Organic's ecommerce platforms. Key responsibilities include managing inventory, streamlining order fulfillment, analyzing sales data, optimizing the customer experience, and collaborating with the marketing team to enhance online visibility and drive sales. You will lead cross-functional initiatives to improve operational efficiency and ensure a high-quality ecommerce experience across all channels.
Key Responsibilities
Marketplace Management
- Manage product listings across Amazon, Walmart, and TikTok Shop
- Optimize titles, bullet points, and backend keywords
- Ensure listings are accurate, complete, and compliant
Order and Fulfillment Coordination
- Monitor orders daily across all channels
- Ensure tracking information is uploaded accurately
- Identify and resolve fulfillment issues such as cancellations and delays
Data and Reporting
- Track daily and weekly sales performance
- Identify top-performing and underperforming SKUs
- Maintain dashboards using Excel or Google Sheets
Pricing and Inventory Management
- Update pricing across all platforms
- Monitor inventory levels and flag low-stock items
- Coordinate with the operations team for replenishment
PPC Support
- Monitor Amazon/Walmart/TikTok PPC campaigns
- Identify high-spend, low-conversion keywords
- Share actionable insights for optimization
Issue Resolution
- Resolve listing errors and suppressed listings
- Monitor account health metrics across platforms
- Escalate issues with recommended solutions
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience with Amazon Seller Central and Walmart Seller Center
- Experience with TikTok Shop preferred
- Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
- Experience with listing optimization and keyword research
- Highly detail-oriented and process-driven
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: ₹8,00,000 – ₹10,00,000 per year, based on experience
- Weekends off (Saturday and Sunday)
