We are Hiring: Ecommerce Operations Executive

👤 Reporting To: E-Commerce Manager / Key Account Manager (KAM)
About The Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce Operations Executive to manage end-to-end order fulfillment and delivery execution across E-Commerce and Quick Commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will work closely with internal teams, warehouses, delivery partners, and marketplace operations to ensure timely and accurate order execution while maintaining high service levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete order lifecycle from Purchase Order (PO) receipt to successful delivery.
- Coordinate with Key Account Managers (KAMs), warehouse teams, delivery partners, and marketplace operations.
- Schedule delivery appointments and upload packing lists as per marketplace requirements.
- Track dispatches and deliveries to ensure SLA compliance.
- Resolve delivery discrepancies, including short shipments, excess deliveries, rejections, and delays.
- Handle platform-level escalations and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain order trackers and prepare daily/weekly MIS reports.
- Share regular order status updates with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Graduate with 2–5 years of experience in E-Commerce Operations, Logistics, or Supply Chain.
- Experience working with major marketplace portals and order management processes.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis).
- Excellent coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
