Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for an Ecommerce Operational Management professional at EcoGreenz. The role involves overseeing day-to-day ecommerce operations, managing order fulfillment, coordinating with teams to ensure smooth online sales and delivery processes, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities also include analyzing ecommerce metrics to optimize performance, supporting online marketing campaigns, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve growth objectives.
