Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an eCommerce Operation Manager - Marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, Walmart). The role involves optimizing and managing marketplace operations, overseeing listings, inventory, pricing, and performance analytics. Day-to-day tasks include developing strategies to maximize marketplace growth, coordinating with cross-functional teams, monitoring sales metrics, and implementing promotions to drive revenue across multiple platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience with marketplace operations and platforms like Amazon, eBay, and Walmart
• Proficiency in inventory management, pricing strategies, and sales performance tracking
• Strong skills in data analysis, reporting, and optimization
• Knowledge in digital marketing, promotional campaign planning, and eCommerce strategy
• Excellent organizational, communication, and project management abilities
• Experience with marketplace compliance, policies, and best practices
• Proficiency in tools such as Excel, analytical platforms, and marketplace software
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; equivalent work experience will also be considered
• Previous success in growing sales and profitability on marketplaces is a plus
