Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Ecommerce Manager based in Rajasthan, India. The Ecommerce Manager will be responsible for managing and growing marketplace business across Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Shopify, and other eCommerce platforms.
Key responsibilities include managing product listings, catalog optimization, pricing, inventory coordination, advertising campaigns, sales performance monitoring, and marketplace account health. The role requires close coordination with marketing, operations, and sales teams to drive revenue growth and improve overall marketplace performance.
Qualifications & Skills
- 3–5 years of experience in eCommerce or marketplace account management
- Hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, or similar platforms
- Strong understanding of product listing, catalog management, and marketplace operations
- Experience in sales growth, marketplace ads, and performance optimization
- Analytical skills with ability to track KPIs and sales reports
- Knowledge of Amazon/Flipkart advertising and campaign management
- Experience with Excel, reporting, and data analysis
- Good communication and team coordination skills
- Knowledge of customer experience, order management, and inventory handling
- 12th or Bachelor’s degree preferred
