Position: Ecommerce – Marketplace Head
Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Ecommerce Marketplace Specialist who has worked with D2C brands or in the cosmetics/skincare industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing and growing marketplace operations across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Myntra, Meesho, and other ecommerce channels.
The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of marketplace management, product listings, sales growth strategies, inventory coordination, and campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete marketplace operations for ecommerce platforms.
- Handle product listings, catalog management, pricing updates, and content optimization.
- Monitor daily sales, orders, returns, RTO, and account health.
- Plan and execute marketplace promotions, deals, and campaigns.
- Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams for inventory management and dispatch.
- Analyze sales reports, competitor activities, and marketplace trends.
- Optimize product visibility and conversion through SEO and keyword strategies.
- Handle marketplace issues including reimbursements, claims, and support tickets.
- Work closely with performance marketing and creative teams to improve sales performance.
- Maintain brand presence and consistency across all ecommerce channels.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Ecommerce Marketplace Management.
- Experience working with D2C brands or cosmetics/skincare industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Myntra, Meesho, etc.
- Understanding of marketplace ads, promotions, and seller panel operations.
- Good analytical and reporting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple marketplaces simultaneously.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and ecommerce reporting tools.
