Role Description
The Indian Garage Company is seeking an Ecommerce Marketing Manager to join its team in Bengaluru. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will be responsible for strategizing, managing, and overseeing e-commerce marketing initiatives to drive sales and elevate brand presence. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing data to optimize campaigns, developing and executing marketing strategies, managing e-commerce platforms, collaborating with sales teams, and overseeing project timelines to deliver results effectively. This role also involves innovating and aligning marketing initiatives with the company's growth objectives.

Experience: 2–6 Years
Role Objective
Drive revenue growth and visibility across marketplaces by managing and optimizing on-platform advertising (Ajio, Myntra, Amazon), with a strong focus on ROAS, traffic scaling, and conversion efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
● Plan and execute ad campaigns across Ajio Sponsored Listings, Myntra M-Studio, and Amazon Sponsored Ads (SP, SB, SD)
● Monitor daily spends, bids, and campaign performance
● Deliver revenue targets and improve ROAS benchmarks
● Optimize ACOS / TACOS across platforms
● Identify and scale top-performing SKUs based on inventory, sell-through, and margins
● Optimize keywords and search ranking (especially on Amazon)
● Improve impressions, CTR, and conversion rates
● Collaborate with category, pricing, and content teams
● Plan and execute campaigns during key sale events (EOSS, festive sales)

Requirements
● 2–6 years of marketplace ads experience (Ajio / Myntra / Amazon)
● Strong understanding of marketplace algorithms and catalog scaling
● Experience managing ₹10L+ monthly ad spends
● Strong analytical and data-driven mindset (Excel / dashboards)
Preferred
● Experience in fashion / apparel brands
● Handled large catalogs (1000+ SKUs)
● Experience working with marketplace account managers
