ABOUT THE COMPANY
Suroskie is a fast-growing D2C skincare and beauty brand built for the modern Indian consumer. We create
products that actually work — from tinted moisturisers with SPF to hydrating face mists — and we tell our story through creators who get it. We're a team of builders, beauty nerds, and marketing obsessives who move fast and think big.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own and scale the E-Commerce business across Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Blinkit, Zepto, and emerging
- marketplaces.
- Plan and execute high-performance marketing campaigns — search, display, and sponsored ads — with
- a laser focus on ROI.
- Drive budget planning and allocation, making every rupee count.
- Craft and optimize product listings, keywords, and A+ content to dominate search rankings and boost
- conversions.
- Track, analyse, and improve KPIs including CTR, CVR, ACOS, TACOS, and ROI — daily.
- Lead market research and competitor intelligence to stay three steps ahead.
- Develop and execute customer acquisition and retention strategies that build loyal brand communities.
- Spearhead Quick Commerce growth and rapid marketplace expansion.
- Partner with marketing, content, and operations teams to ensure seamless, on-brand execution.
- Build and nurture relationships with platform account managers to unlock priority support and opportunities.
- Deliver crisp, actionable daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports and dashboards
WHAT YOU BRING
- Deep hands-on knowledge of major E-Commerce and Quick Commerce platforms.
- Proven expertise in performance marketing and campaign optimisation at scale.
- A data-driven mindset — you make decisions with numbers, not gut alone.
- Experience managing high-value advertising budgets with consistent ROI delivery.
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and Power BI is a bonus.
- Strong grasp of keyword research, SEO, and marketplace algorithms.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholders across levels.
YOU'LL STAND OUT IF YOU HAVE
- 5+ years exclusively in Skincare / Beauty / Cosmetics E-Commerce.
- A measurable track record of scaling revenue and marketplace performance.
- Experience handling high ad spends and large, complex product catalogues.
- A bias for action, ownership mentality, and hunger to grow a brand from the inside.
