Who’s building this
The founding team brings together deep experience across consumer startups, fashion, and scale:
- Built and scaled at Ex-SlicePay (>$1B valuation)
- Experience across Ex-Voonik (fashion e-commerce)
- Industry exposure with Siyaram’s & Raymond
- Worked closely with platforms like Lakmé Fashion Week
Now, we’re combining this with an AI-driven approach to design, demand sensing, and production—to build faster, smarter, and more relevant fashion.
🚀 What this role really is
This is not a “performance marketer” role.
You will own online revenue and distribution across all channels—Shopify, marketplaces, and paid growth.
Your job is simple: scale revenue profitably.
🎯 What you will own
Performance Marketing:
- Own Meta, Google, and paid acquisition channels
- Optimize CAC, ROAS, and scaling budgets
- Continuously test and improve funnels
Ecommerce (Shopify):
- Own Shopify store performance end-to-end
- Improve conversion rates, AOV, and checkout flow
- Optimize product pages, landing pages, funnels
Marketplace Growth:
- Scale Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart, etc.
- Manage cataloging, listings, pricing, and visibility
- Drive consistent marketplace revenue growth
Business & Analytics:
- Own revenue numbers across online channels
- Track and analyze channel-wise performance
- Take data-driven decisions for scaling
Execution & Team:
- Work with freelancers/agencies for ads, cataloging, creatives
- Build team when required
- Ensure fast execution

🧠 What we’re looking for
- Experience in D2C / ecommerce growth / performance marketing
- Strong understanding of Shopify, funnels, and marketplaces
- Highly data-driven and execution-focused
- Ownership mindset towards revenue, not just campaigns

💰 Compensation
- Fixed: ₹8–14L
- Variable: ₹4–8L (linked to revenue, ROAS, growth)
- ESOP: 1% – 2%
