We’re Hiring: Marketplace Manager
At TZAR Digital Agency, we’re looking for a results-driven Marketplace Manager to handle and scale our clients’ presence across leading e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Myntra, Blinkit and Flipkart. If you understand how to turn listings into revenue and ads into profit, this role is for you.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for managing end-to-end marketplace operations for multiple client accounts, focusing on growth, performance, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and optimize product listings (SEO, keywords, content)
• Handle catalogue management (variations, uploads, updates)
• Plan and execute Marketplace PPC campaigns (Sponsored Ads)
• Monitor performance metrics: sales, ROAS, conversion rate
• Conduct competitor analysis and identify growth opportunities
• Manage inventory coordination and ensure product availability
• Work on pricing strategies, offers, and seasonal campaigns
• Coordinate with internal teams for creatives and execution
Requirements
• 1-2 years of experience in managing marketplace accounts
• Strong understanding of marketplace algorithms and ranking
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Ads & performance optimization
• Familiarity with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, etc.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts efficiently
• Analytical mindset with a focus on scaling revenue
