🚀Operations Manager – E-Commerce Seller Support
📍 Location: Pune
✨ Working days: 5 Days working || Rotational Offs
🕒 Shift: US Rotational shifts
💼 Experience: 8+ years (3+ years as a Operations Manager)
What You’ll Do:
- Own end-to-end operational execution, P&L governance, and strict SLAs (CSAT, FCR, AHT).
- Serve as the primary operational face of the process in client business reviews (DBRs, WBRs, MBRs).
- Drive peak-season capacity planning for high-volume retail rushes like Black Friday and Q4.
What We’re Looking For:
- 8+ years of total experience in an international voice/blended BPO ecosystem.
- 3+ years as a Operations Manager handling e-commerce, B2B merchant support, or transactional accounts.
