We are now looking for a highly driven E-Commerce Manager – Food, Beverages & Indulgence and E-Commerce Manager - Beauty and Personal Care to lead and scale our e-commerce and quick commerce vertical for premium and fast-growing consumer brands.
This role is ideal for someone who understands the pulse of modern retail, thrives in fast-paced marketplace ecosystems, and can seamlessly bridge brand growth with platform performance.

Role Overview
As the Marketplace Lead, you will be responsible for managing and accelerating brand presence across leading e-commerce and quick commerce platforms including FMCG and Beauty and personal care categories, ensuring strong marketplace visibility, operational excellence, platform growth, and sustainable revenue scaling.
Key Responsibilities
Marketplace & Quick Commerce Management
- Lead end-to-end marketplace operations across e-commerce and quick commerce platforms.
- Handle onboarding and launch processes for brands across multiple marketplaces.
- Responsible for catalogue creation, product listings, pricing structures, content optimization, and SKU management.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day marketplace operations including inventory tracking, order flow monitoring, and platform compliance.
Platform Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with category managers and key stakeholders across platforms such as Nykaa, Tira, Amazon India, Flipkart, Ajio, Myntra, Tata cliq, Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart and other emerging beauty and quick commerce platforms and marketplaces.
- Drive platform negotiations, visibility opportunities, campaign participation, and category growth initiatives.
- Identify new channel opportunities for expansion and market penetration.
Sales Growth & Performance Optimization
- Develop and execute marketplace growth strategies to maximize sales and brand visibility.
- Monitor sales trends, platform analytics, consumer behavior, and competitor activity.
- Improve conversion rates through assortment planning, promotions, visibility campaigns, and performance marketing coordination.
- Work on demand forecasting and inventory planning to avoid stock-outs and maximize availability.
Brand & Category Strategy
- Understand emerging trends within food, beverages, gourmet, healthy snacking, indulgence, confectionery and lifestyle consumption categories for Food, beverages and Indulgence. Stay updated with evolving trends across skincare, makeup, haircare, fragrance, wellness, bath & body, and personal care categories.
- Support brands with marketplace positioning, pricing strategies, launch planning, and expansion roadmaps.
- Coordinate with design, content, and marketing teams for enhanced brand storytelling and product visibility.
Operations & Coordination
- Co-ordinate with warehouse, logistics, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Manage platform escalations, claims, returns, and operational troubleshooting.
- Ensure accurate reporting, MIS preparation, sales analysis, and marketplace performance tracking.
What We’re Looking For-
- 2–5 years of experience in e-commerce and/or quick commerce operations, preferably within FMCG, food, beverage, snacking, gourmet or indulgence categories. And for Beauty and Personal care, operations within beauty, skincare, cosmetics, haircare, wellness, or personal care categories.
- Strong understanding of marketplace ecosystems and operational workflows.
- Hands-on experience managing platforms including Nykaa, Tira, Amazon India, Flipkart, Ajio, Myntra, Tata cliq, Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart
- Strong networking and relationship management skills with marketplace stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales and operational data.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and execution capabilities.
