Role Description
The Ecommerce Manager (Flipkart) will oversee the end-to-end management of the company's Flipkart business operations from our office in the Pune Division. This is a full-time, on-site role where key responsibilities include optimizing product listings, analyzing sales trends, executing promotional campaigns, monitoring competitor activities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires close coordination with various teams to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth on Flipkart.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret sales data, track performance metrics, and generate actionable insights
- Proficiency in E-Commerce operations, including listing creation, inventory management, and marketplace strategy
- Experience in Sales and Marketing to drive revenue and implement promotional campaigns effectively
- Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external partners
- Knowledge of Flipkart's seller platform and e-commerce trends is a plus
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
