Role Description
Wondr Diamonds is seeking a full-time Ecommerce Manager to lead and enhance our online sales platform. Based on-site in Coimbatore, the role involves managing all aspects of our e-commerce operations, from strategizing and implementing online marketing campaigns to analyzing performance metrics and optimizing user experiences. The Ecommerce Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth, manage product listings, and ensure seamless website functionality and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in E-Commerce operations and strategy
- Proven experience in Marketing and Sales to drive engagement and revenue
- Excellent Analytical Skills for performance tracking and data-driven decision-making
- Exceptional Communication skills for team collaboration and customer interaction
- Additional knowledge of customer experience management and SEO strategies is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Previous experience managing e-commerce platforms, preferably in the retail or jewelry industry, is preferred
