Role OverviewWe are seeking a Senior E-commerce Manager with hands-on experience in managing marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and international platforms.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end marketplace management for multiple client accounts, including onboarding, product listings, advertising, performance tracking, and continuous optimization.
This role is well-suited for professionals who have:
- Worked directly with brands or sellers
- Been part of e-commerce or digital marketing agencies
- Experience in handling both domestic and international marketplaces
Key Responsibilities1. Marketplace Management- Manage seller account setup and onboarding across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and global marketplaces
- Ensure compliance with platform policies, GST requirements, and approval processes
- Advise clients on platform selection based on product category and target audience
2. Product Listing & Optimization- Create and optimize product listings, including titles, descriptions, bullet points, and backend keywords
- Enhance catalog quality using SEO-driven and conversion-focused content strategies
- Maintain accuracy, consistency, and completeness across all product listings
3. Advertising & Growth Strategy- Plan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, and Meta Ads)
- Monitor campaign performance to improve visibility, conversions, and ROI
- Support and execute promotional strategies including deals, discounts, and seasonal campaigns
4. Performance Monitoring & Reporting- Track key performance indicators such as impressions, CTR, conversions, and sales
- Analyze data to identify performance gaps and growth opportunities
- Prepare clear, concise reports with actionable insights for clients
5. Operational Coordination- Assist clients with inventory planning and stock management
- Monitor customer feedback and manage responses where required
- Coordinate with logistics and fulfillment teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery
Required Skills & Qualifications- Strong understanding of major e-commerce marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and international platforms)
- Hands-on experience with marketplace advertising and Meta Ads
- Basic understanding of digital marketing funnels and online consumer behavior
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and client management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Eligibility Criteria- 1–2 years of relevant experience in e-commerce or digital marketing
- Prior experience managing seller accounts, product listings, and advertising campaigns independently
- Candidates from agencies or brand-side roles will be preferred
- Interest in working with export-oriented and global e-commerce businesses
