Role Description
We are looking for a dynamic Account Manager for amazon to manage and grow Waaree’s business on Amazon. This role will be responsible for driving sales, optimizing listings, and owning end-to-end performance of the account.

Role Overview
As a Key Account Manager, you will act as the business owner for Waaree on Amazon, responsible for revenue growth, marketplace strategy, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive P&L and revenue growth for Waaree on Amazon
- Manage end-to-end account operations including catalog, pricing, and inventory
- Plan and execute sales strategies, deals, and promotional campaigns
- Optimize product listings (content, keywords, images) to improve visibility and conversion
- Run and manage Amazon Ads campaigns to drive traffic and ROI
- Monitor competition, pricing, and market trends
- Collaborate with internal teams for inventory planning and supply chain coordination
- Analyze business metrics (sales, conversion, traffic) and drive actionable insights
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
- 3–5 years of experience in Key Account Management / E-commerce / Sales
- Strong analytical skills (Excel proficiency required)
- Experience with Amazon Seller, where products are self fulfilled
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Familiarity with digital marketing and performance ads
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset – you think like an owner, not an executor
- Data-driven decision-making approach
