Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Thiruvananthapuram for an E-commerce Manager. The E-commerce Manager will oversee the day-to-day management of the company’s online platform, monitor website performance, plan and execute marketing strategies, analyze sales data, and optimize the online shopping experience. The role also involves collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to drive customer engagement and improve sales performance. Maintaining product listings and coordinating logistics are key responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in E-Commerce operations and platforms
- Experience in Marketing and Sales to drive customer acquisition and engagement
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess performance metrics and optimize strategies
- Excellent Communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced work environment
- Previous experience in the activewear or retail industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field
