Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area for an Ecommerce Manager. The Ecommerce Manager will manage, optimize, and grow Stayfit's online sales channels by developing strategies to enhance the online shopping experience and boost digital product visibility. Key responsibilities include overseeing the ecommerce platform, implementing marketing campaigns, analyzing sales performance, collaborating with cross-functional teams, identifying market trends, and ensuring streamlined operations in alignment with the company’s goals.
Qualifications
- Experience in E-Commerce platforms and strategies for running and scaling online businesses
- Strong Sales and Marketing skills to create and execute revenue-driving campaigns
- Excellent Communication skills for collaborating with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders
- Solid Analytical Skills for tracking performance metrics and using data-driven insights to make informed decisions
- Ability to build multi-channel strategies that deliver positive customer experiences
- Proficiency in tools and platforms related to digital marketing and ecommerce
- Familiarity with the fitness industry or related sectors is an advantage
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
