Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Ecommerce Manager based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The Ecommerce Manager will oversee the company’s online sales and marketing strategies, manage the ecommerce platform’s day-to-day operations, and ensure the site is optimized for user experience. Responsibilities include analyzing online performance metrics, developing and executing sales strategies, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring accurate and engaging product listings. The role will also involve identifying new opportunities to enhance digital sales and implementing data-driven recommendations to improve online performance.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in E-Commerce operations and Sales strategies
- Proficiency in Marketing and creating customer-focused campaigns
- Excellent Analytical Skills to interpret data and optimize performance
- Exceptional Communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Experience in the health and fitness or retail industry is advantageous
- Proven ability to lead and manage projects in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
