Role Description
We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Manager to oversee and grow our digital sales channels. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. Responsibilities include managing the company's ecommerce platform, devising strategies to enhance online sales, analyzing performance data, coordinating marketing campaigns, ensuring seamless customer experiences, and working closely with teams to align online and offline sales efforts. The role requires a mix of strategic thinking and hands-on execution to meet business goals in the fast-paced fitness industry sector.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in E-Commerce and Sales strategies
- Proven skills in Marketing and successfully running online campaigns
- Analytical skills for data interpretation and performance analysis
- Excellent Communication skills to collaborate effectively across departments and with customers
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Familiarity with the fitness industry or prior experience in a similar domain is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field
- Proficiency in ecommerce technology platforms and digital tools for marketing
