About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated and performance-driven E-commerce Manager to lead and manage our online business operations across various e-commerce platforms and marketplaces. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in catalog management, paid advertising, analytics, and online sales optimization.
This role requires someone who can strategically handle product visibility, drive online revenue growth, and analyze business performance to improve customer acquisition and conversion rates.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update product listings across Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplaces.
- Ensure accurate product titles, descriptions, specifications, pricing, and images.
- Coordinate with design/content teams for optimized product presentation.
- Maintain inventory synchronization and monitor listing health.
- Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, Amazon Ads, and marketplace ad panels.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics such as ROAS, CPC, CTR, and conversions.
- Optimize advertising budgets to maximize sales and profitability.
- Develop promotional strategies for product launches, festive sales, and seasonal campaigns.
- Analyze website and marketplace performance using Google Analytics and seller dashboards.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly performance reports and MIS.
- Identify customer trends, sales opportunities, and growth areas through data analysis.
- Track KPIs related to sales, traffic, conversion rate, and customer engagement.
- Coordinate with operations, customer support, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Monitor return rates, customer feedback, and operational efficiency.
- Stay updated with e-commerce trends, competitor activities, and marketplace policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, or a related field
- .6+ years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace management
- .Hands-on experience with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, or similar platforms
- .Strong understanding of digital marketing and performance advertising
- .Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- .Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and reporting tools
