Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Ecommerce Manager located in Indore. The Ecommerce Manager will take charge of developing and implementing e-commerce strategies to drive sales growth and enhance customer experience. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing online platforms, analyzing sales performance, coordinating with marketing and sales teams, creating promotional campaigns, and ensuring seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. The role also involves monitoring market trends and optimizing online presence to achieve business goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in E-Commerce operations and strategies
- Strong skills in Marketing and Sales
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills to interpret data and drive business decisions
- Familiarity with global e-commerce markets and export-oriented business is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and achieving sales targets
