About Us
Secure Steps is a growing baby care brand focused on providing safe, comfortable and high-quality products for babies and toddlers. Our products are sold across leading e-commerce platforms including Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho and Blinkit.
We are looking for an E-Commerce Manager who can take ownership of our online marketplace operations and help scale our brand visibility and sales.
Key ResponsibilitiesMarketplace Management
- Manage and optimise brand presence across Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho and Blinkit
- Monitor marketplace performance and ensure sales targets are met
Listings & SEO
- Create and optimise product listings (titles, bullet points, keywords, descriptions)
- Improve search ranking and organic visibility on marketplaces
- Manage product catalogues and ensure listing accuracy
Advertising & Growth
- Plan, run and optimise Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads and other marketplace advertising
- Monitor campaign performance and improve ROAS and conversions
- Identify opportunities to increase platform visibility
Inventory & Operations
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with operations teams
- Ensure inventory availability across platforms
- Manage pricing, promotions and discount campaigns
Performance Analytics
- Analyse sales data and marketplace metrics
- Track conversion rates, keyword rankings, advertising performance
- Generate reports and recommend growth strategies
Requirements
- 2–3 years experience in E-Commerce / Marketplace management
- Hands-on experience with Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho or Blinkit
- Strong understanding of listing optimisation and marketplace SEO
- Experience managing marketplace advertising campaigns
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with baby care / kids products / D2C brands is a strong plus
Preferred Candidate
- Prior experience handling a Baby Care or Kids product brand
- Familiarity with inventory planning and marketplace operations
- Comfortable working in a fast-growing brand environment
