Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Ecommerce Manager located in Gurugram. The Ecommerce Manager will oversee the daily operations of ecommerce platforms, manage product listings, analyze data to optimize sales performance, and develop marketing strategies to drive online sales. Responsibilities also include monitoring and improving user experience on the platform, leading cross-functional collaboration with sales and marketing teams, and staying updated on emerging ecommerce trends to ensure competitiveness in the marketplace.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, drive decision-making, and optimize ecommerce performance
- Effective Communication skills to collaborate across teams and engage with stakeholders
- Experience in Sales and understanding of revenue generation in a digital commerce setting
- Expertise in E-Commerce operations, including platform management and process optimization
- Marketing knowledge to develop campaigns and strategies that enhance customer acquisition and retention
- Proven ability to manage teams and set measurable goals
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline (preferred)
- Previous experience in an ecommerce or retail setting is advantageous
