- 8 to 12+ years - only on FMCG of E-commerce / Marketplace Management
- Performance Marketing (Marketplace Ads / ROAS / Sponsored Ads)
- Ownership of P&L / CM2 / Contribution Margin
- Quick Commerce (Q-Commerce)
- Revenue Growth & Business Planning & Profitability Optimization
- Marketplace Operations (end-to-end)
- Marketplace Management (Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart etc.)
- P&L Management / CM2 / Contribution Margin
- Pricing Strategy & Trade Spend Management
- Demand Forecasting & Inventory Planning
- Supply Chain Alignment
- Receivables & Reconciliation Management
- Commercial Negotiation / Trade Terms
- Data Analytics & Reporting (Excel, dashboards, MIS)

Description:
We are specifically looking for a seasoned 8 to 12+ years of experience in FMCG e-commerce professional who has hands-on ownership of marketplace business (Amazon/Flipkart/Q-commerce) with strong expertise in P&L management, CM2, and profitability. The candidate must understand operational challenges, supply-demand planning, and performance marketing (ads/ROAS) deeply—not just strategy but execution. They should have experience scaling revenue while maintaining margins and be comfortable managing cross-functional teams, marketplaces, and financial governance.
