At Pets Empire, we are building a fast-growing omnichannel pet care brand across e-commerce, quick commerce, and offline retail. We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Ecommerce Manager to lead our marketplace operations, catalogue management, inventory planning, and growth strategy across multiple platforms.
Ecommerce Manager
📍 Location: DLF Phase 4, Gurugram
💰 Salary: ₹4.8 LPA – ₹6 LPA
📅 Working Days: 6 days a week
Ecommerce & Catalogue Management
- Manage product listings and catalogue across all ecommerce and qcommerce platforms including:
- Amazon India
- Amazon Global
- Walmart
- Blinkit
- Zepto
- Swiggy Instamart
- Shopify
- Ensure uniformity in:
- Product images
- Content & descriptions
- A+ content
- Brand visibility
- Pricing consistency
Inventory & PO Planning
- Coordinate inventory planning across all sales channels
- Monitor stock movement and maintain healthy fill rates
- Plan and manage Purchase Orders (POs)
- Coordinate deliveries, appointments, and replenishment schedules with warehouse and platform teams
- Reduce stock-outs and excess inventory through data-driven planning
Pricing & Competitor Analysis
- Conduct regular competitor analysis and market tracking
- Develop pricing strategies across platforms while maintaining profitability
- Identify growth opportunities, trending products, and category insights
Sales Analysis & Reporting
- Track daily/weekly/monthly sales performance
- Prepare MIS reports and business dashboards
- Analyze marketplace data to identify growth opportunities and operational gaps
- Forecast demand and support business planning using analytical insights
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in ecommerce marketplace operations and catalogue management
- Strong understanding of ecommerce and qcommerce ecosystems
- Exceptional analytical skills for:
- Data interpretation
- Sales forecasting
- Performance tracking
- Opportunity identification
- Proven experience in achieving sales growth targets within ecommerce environments
- Strong knowledge of Excel, reporting, and data handling
- Ability to multitask and coordinate across teams and platforms
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred Experience
- Experience handling multiple marketplaces and D2C operations
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and seller panels
- Prior experience in fast-paced consumer brands or retail businesses is preferred
