Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as an Ecommerce Manager based in Mumbai. Responsibilities include managing and optimizing the online sales platform to enhance user experience, driving sales performance through strategic marketing efforts, analyzing data to improve conversions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute growth initiatives. The selected candidate will also oversee inventory management, promotional campaigns, and work to improve the overall digital visibility of the brand’s e-commerce presence.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills with a focus on data interpretation and performance tracking to drive informed business decisions.
- Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present findings effectively.
- Experience of 7 years with E-Commerce platforms like Myntra, Flipkart , Amazon, Nykaa & Tatacliq and strategies to enhance digital sales and customer experience.
- Background in Marketing and a results-oriented approach to execute and measure campaigns that boost visibility and engagement.
- Experience and proven track record in Sales, including achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities to ensure efficient operations and achievement of business goals.
- Knowledge of fashion or retail industries is advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
Role : Manager/Deputy Manager Ecommerce Marketplace
Experience Required: Min 7 years of Digital experience across key online channels including marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, TatacliQ), Omni Channel (Myntra & Zilo) and quick-commerce platforms (Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, Zepto). (Myntra experience is mandatory)
Key Responsibilities
E-Commerce Strategy & Growth
· Own revenue targets and growth strategy across all ecommerce and quick-commerce channels.
· Lead marketplace JBP planning, visibility calendars, and event sales strategy (e.g., BBD, Pink Friday, EORS, BBD, Prime Day).
· Ideate & execute new launches, merchandising, and catalog optimization.
· Define and lead the E-Commerce strategy and roadmap across marketplaces, Omni, and quick commerce for a set of key clients.
· Partner with senior client stakeholders to drive long-term growth, innovation, and business impact.
· Identify emerging opportunities across platforms, formats, and technologies.
· Building strategic annual plans and ensuring effective presentations and delivery of the same.
· Handling P&L activities and mentoring the team.
· Lead growth agendas including account expansion, innovation roadmaps, and strategic pilots.
· Drive incremental revenue through upsell, cross-sell, and expansion of services.
· Support new business pitches and contribute to agencywide growth initiatives.
· Ensure delivery excellence, client satisfaction, and retention.
Business Operations & Performance
· Oversee daily business performance: pricing, discounting, availability, and logistics.
· Define and Review key KPls: CTR, CVR, ROAS, fill rates, return rates, DOH, margin hygiene.
· Drive demand forecasting and inventory planning with Supply Chain teams to ensure 95%+ availability.
Partner Management
· Maintain and expand strong working relationships with category teams at Amazon/ Nykaa/ Myntra/ Tatacliq/ Blinkit/ Zepto.
· Negotiate visibility support, contribution margins, onsite merchandising, co-op spends
Marketing & Content
· Drive platform-specific campaigns, influencer activations using the brand team, AMS/NAMS offsite spend optimization.
· Partner with brand & performance teams for creative/ content alignment with priorities Team
· Leadership Manage & upskill a team of e-commerce managers/ executives; build a performance-driven culture.
· Ensure timely reporting, data insights, and decision-making frameworks.
