Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for an Ecommerce Manager. The Ecommerce Manager will oversee daily operations for the online store, including managing product listings, inventory, and website performance. Responsibilities include analyzing sales metrics, formulating and executing marketing strategies, optimizing the user experience, and increasing online sales. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams and external partners to boost the ecommerce platform's performance and ensure an efficient customer experience.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in E-Commerce and understanding of online store management and digital platforms
- Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret data and drive data-informed decisions
- Proficiency in Marketing and Sales strategies to enhance customer engagement and revenue
- Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with teams, stakeholders, and external partners effectively
- Proficiency in problem-solving, along with familiarity with e-commerce tools and platforms
- Prior experience in ecommerce or retail management is highly advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field preferred
