Job Description
- We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented E-commerce Account Manager to manage and grow our Amazon business operations.
- The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Amazon marketplace management, PPC advertising, listings optimization, and FBA operations.
- The ideal candidate should be proactive, analytical, and capable of bringing innovative business ideas to improve sales, visibility, and overall account performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete Amazon seller account operations
- Handle product listings, SEO optimization, keyword research, and content updates
- Plan and manage Amazon PPC campaigns for better ROAS and sales growth
- Monitor account health, policy compliance, and performance metrics
- Handle claims, reimbursements, and issue resolution with Amazon support
- Manage FBA inventory planning, shipment creation, and stock forecasting
- Analyze sales reports, competitor activities, and market trends
- Improve product rankings and organic visibility using strategic techniques
- Coordinate with warehouse and operations team for smooth order fulfillment
- Create promotional strategies, offers, and campaign ideas to increase revenue
- Maintain catalog accuracy including images, A+ content, and backend keywords
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports
- Introduce innovative ideas and business strategies for marketplace growth
Required Skills
- Minimum 3 years experience in Amazon account management
- Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Helium 10, Amazon PPC, Listings Optimization, FBA Operations, Claims & Reimbursements, Keyword Research, and Inventory Management
- Understanding of Amazon algorithms and ranking factors
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and coordination abilities
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
Qualification
- Graduate in any stream
- Certification in E-commerce/Digital Marketing will be an added advantage
