Marketplace Growth & Performance Marketing:
1. Own end-to-end marketplace operations: listings, forecasting, promotions, order management, returns, and reconciliation.
2. Lead PPC / AMS / platform-led marketing with a focus on portfolio-level ROAS. Balance growth spends with profitability, brand visibility, and repeat
3. Define channel-wise assortment strategy, hero SKUs, and launch sequencing. Plan for new products based on data-backed inputs for new product launches and line.
4. Analyze category trends, search behavior, and competition to identify white-space opportunities.
5. Act as the primary point of contact for Amazon/Flipkart/Blinkit/Zepto category and account managers. Track daily, weekly, and monthly performance vs targets and course-correct proactively.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
1. Experience: 5 -8 years in eCommerce or marketplace-led growth roles.
2. Industry Preference: Ayurveda / FMCG / Beauty / Personal Care / Consumer Brands.
3. Platform Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto (Seller Central, AMS, promotions, account health).
4. Commercial Acumen: Solid understanding of unit economics-logistics, commissions, returns (RTO), discounts, and margins.
5. Data-Driven: Comfortable working with dashboards and performance metrics.
