Role Description The Ecommerce Manager at Naksh is a full-time, hybrid role based in Mumbai, with flexibility for some work-from-home days. This role is responsible for managing and optimizing online sales channels, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and visual merchandising across e-commerce platforms and the brand’s website.
The Ecommerce Manager will analyze sales performance, customer behavior, and online traffic to drive growth, improve conversion rates, and enhance the overall digital customer experience. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to ensure accurate product information, timely inventory updates, smooth order fulfillment, and consistent brand messaging.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills to interpret e-commerce data, track KPIs, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and customer-focused messaging.
- Experience in sales and e-commerce operations, including managing online marketplaces and brand websites.
- Knowledge of Flipkart, Amazon, Myntra and e-commerce marketing strategies to drive traffic and conversions.
- Proficiency with basic Excel or reporting tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Prior experience in home décor, lifestyle, or consumer products is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
