Mipa Industries is a leading manufacturer of technical textile and polymer-based products under the brand Mipatex. Our products are widely used in agriculture, infrastructure, construction, and industrial applications. We are expanding our digital and e-commerce presence to reach customers across India and global markets.
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Manager to build and scale our online sales channels across marketplaces and our own website. The candidate will be responsible for driving digital sales, managing product listings, and optimizing marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and grow sales on e-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Agri-Begri and Mipatex.in.
• Create and optimize product listings (SEO, images, descriptions)
• Manage digital marketing campaigns including Google Ads and marketplace ads
• Improve website conversion rate and customer experience
• Track performance metrics such as traffic, conversion rate, ROAS, and sales growth
• Coordinate with internal teams for inventory, pricing, and product launches
• Develop strategies to increase online B2B and B2C sales
Required Skills
• 5-6 years experience in e-commerce or marketplace management
• Strong understanding of Amazon / Flipkart / B2B marketplaces
• Knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, and performance marketing
• Experience with product listing optimization and catalog management
• Analytical mindset with ability to track and improve sales metrics
Preferred Experience
• Experience in industrial, agriculture, construction, or B2B products
• Familiarity with Shopify / WooCommerce websites
• Experience handling multiple product SKUs
