Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat for an Ecommerce Manager. The Ecommerce Manager will oversee the company's online store operations, manage product listings, monitor sales performance, run ads and implement marketing strategies to drive growth. Responsibilities include analyzing customer behavior and sales data, optimizing the user experience for the online platform, managing inventory levels, and collaborating with marketing and sales teams to align e-commerce initiatives with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in E-Commerce operations and platforms, including managing online storefronts and ensuring operational excellence
- Strong Sales and Marketing skills with a focus on growing online sales and customer engagement
