Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Surat for an E-commerce Manager. The E-commerce Manager will oversee and manage the company’s online sales platforms, develop and implement e-commerce strategies, and analyze performance metrics to drive growth. The role involves coordinating with marketing and sales teams, ensuring a seamless digital shopping experience, and identifying trends to enhance the customer journey. The E-commerce Manager will also be responsible for inventory management and optimizing product listings to maximize reach and revenue.
Qualifications
- Strong E-Commerce and Marketing skills, with an understanding of online sales platforms and digital strategies
- Excellent Communication and Sales skills to foster customer relationships and drive online revenue
- Proficient Analytical Skills to assess performance metrics, identify trends, and develop actionable strategies
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Experience in inventory management, product catalog optimization, and online marketplaces is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
