🔑 Key Responsibilities:
- 🛒 Manage operations on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Shopify & other platforms
- 📄 Product listing, catalog updates & keyword optimization
- 🚚 Coordinate with warehouse/logistics for order dispatch & returns
- 📈 Track sales, analyze data & competitor performance
- 🎯 Plan promotions, deals & campaigns for sales growth
- ⭐ Manage customer queries, reviews & ratings
- 🖼️ Improve product content: images, titles, descriptions, A+ content
- 📊 Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports
🧩 Required Skills:
- 🖥️ Strong knowledge of marketplace dashboards
- 📊 Excel & analytical skills
- 🔍 SEO & ranking strategies understanding
- 🤝 Good communication & coordination skills
- 🧠 Problem-solving & decision-making ability
🎓 Qualifications:
- 🎓 Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Commerce, Business
- 📘 Certification in Digital Marketing/E-commerce (preferred)
