Need to manage a brand that sells on Amazon, Flipkart and own D2C site. I now need a single expert who can keep the entire engine humming; back-end operations and front-end paid traffic.
Day to day you will handle the full cycle: keeping inventory levels accurate across all three channels, processing orders fast enough to protect our seller ratings, and jumping on customer queries or return requests before they snowball. At the same time you will plan, launch and optimise ads on Amazon PPC, Flipkart PLA, Meta and Google (Shopping, Performance Max, Search/Display) with ROAS goals we agree together. Experience with Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub and the usual D2C stack (Shopify or WooCommerce, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager) is essential; I need someone who already knows the quirks of each platform, not a trainee.
Deliverables to measure
• Inventory synced daily with less than 1 % stock-out rate
• Orders dispatched within the platform-specific SLA every single day
• Customer messages answered within 12 hours with CSAT above 4.5/5
• Campaigns created, monitored and iterated weekly to hit a blended ROAS target (shared in onboarding)
• Clear weekly report covering sales, ad spend, returns, reviews and next steps
