🔹 Job Title: E-commerce Manager
📍 Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat (On-site)

💰 Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month

We are seeking an experienced and result-driven E-commerce Manager to lead and scale our online marketplace operations. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience managing major e-commerce and quick-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart and other online marketplaces.
The role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical, operational, and team coordination skills who can drive online sales growth, optimize platform performance, and ensure smooth day-to-day marketplace operations.
✅ Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end operations across Amazon, Flipkart, and other platforms.
- Oversee product listings, catalog management and content optimization.
- Develop and execute marketplace growth strategies to improve sales, visibility, and profitability
- Coordinate with marketplace account managers and internal teams to ensure platform compliance and operational efficiency
- Monitor inventory planning, order fulfillment, returns, and logistics performance
- Analyze sales data, campaign performance, customer trends, and platform reports to drive business decisions
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, ads, discounts, and seasonal sales activities
- Resolve operational issues related to listings, payments, claims, or logistics in a timely manner
- Work closely with warehouse, marketing, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution
- Track KPIs and prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights
🎯 Required Skills & Experience
- 2–4 years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace management
- Strong hands-on experience with Amazon, Flipkart, etc.
- Experience in managing promotional campaigns and platform advertising
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and reporting tools
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple platforms and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree required.
